When:  The next High Mass is being scheduled…

Where: Longmont CO

What to expect:  High Mass flows like a theatrical event, or a church service; there is a defined beginning and end.  Therefore, the participants (the congregation) are expected to show up on time, and stay until the duration of the performance, which is generally around 2-3 hours.

There will be live and pre-recorded music- some loud, some soft.  The guests will be wearing wireless headphones for some of the performance.

Green Tea will be served and possibly Sake and some light food as well. Please let me know if you have any dietary concerns.  

The tearoom requires you to sit on the floor.  Cushions will be provided, if needed.

There will be lots of incense and candles burning.

Please do not clap during or after Mass.

Come with an open heart and mind- some themes might evoke intense emotion or thought.

*High Mass is NOT a religious event and in no way is it a satire or irreverent towards any religions or spiritual traditions.  In fact, it is just the opposite- it respectfully borrows the best from many traditions to  create a thought provoking and meaningful experience.
